Perimeter Access Road (PAR)
No work is planned.
Construction of a new sanitary pumping station (west of Sandwich Street near Chappus Street) is ongoing, including construction of the forcemain. Crews will also be conducting site survey work and collecting geotechnical soil samples on the lands south of Prospect Avenue.
Overpass work over Ojibway Parkway being undertaken by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is ongoing. Questions related to this work should be directed to MTO at 519-873-4793 or by email to Nasser.Shahatto@ontario.ca
Hydro One TX utility relocation work is ongoing along with Enwin utility work.
Temporary Road Closures
Sandwich Street (from McKee Street to Broadway Street) is closed. Local businesses remain open and may be accessed through Broadway Street via Ojibway Parkway.
Reminder: Construction at the Canadian Port of Entry site adjacent to Black Oak Heritage Park, is underway. Any entry into the site is considered trespassing. For your safety and the safety of the workers, please do not enter. As construction activities continue, temporary closures for Broadway Street and Black Oak Heritage Park may be necessary.
